These drawings popped up on tumblr the other day. The art style strongly reminds me of something, but I can’t put my finger on it.
They’re kind of like Edward Gorey meets “Scott Pilgrim” — in a good way.
They’re not bad, are they? 😀

A touch of Laurel, perhaps, or maybe Benoît Feroumont (Le Royaume)?
These are all good suggestions. Perhaps it’s not one thing it reminds me of, but a combination of multiple influences?

At first I thought of Penelope Bagieu, but then I changed my mind and thought it looked more like Kerascoet.
